By accessing or using the EPC Platform (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

EPC Platform provides an online cataloging and cross-referencing system for electronic parts data relevant to heavy vehicle logistics. The Platform includes interactive vector schematics, OEM registry management, and supply chain data aggregation tools.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Data Disclaimer

Parts data displayed on the Platform is aggregated from manufacturer and distributor sources and may not be current or complete. Users must verify all part numbers, specifications, and compatibility with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) before purchasing or using in design or repair applications. 5. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by EPC Platform and its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EPC Platform be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
